Set Up Telvis IPTV onAndroid TV and Google TV

Set up Telvis IPTV on Android TV, Google TV or an Android box. Install the dedicated app or a compatible player, then sign in with your account details.

Keep your welcome message nearby and enter every detail exactly as supplied. If a step fails, stop and contact support rather than installing a second player on top of the first.

Getting ready

Before You Begin

You will normally need:

  • An active trial or subscription
  • Your username and password
  • The complete server address supplied with your account
  • A stable internet connection
  • Enough free storage to install or update the app
  • Permission to install apps on the device

Keep your account details private. Support may ask for your username or an error screenshot, but never post your password publicly.

Main setup

Android TV, Google TV and Android Box Setup

If the dedicated app is available through a recognised app store on your device, install it there. Otherwise, use Downloader and the same verified code shown above.

  1. Open the device’s app store and search for Downloader if required.
  2. Install and open Downloader.
  3. Enter TELVIS.
  4. Check that the displayed download is correct.
  5. Install and open the dedicated app.
  6. Enter the supplied account details.
  7. Wait for categories and EPG data to load.

If Android shows App not installed, check storage, restart the device and try again. An older version of the same app may need removing, but first save any account details you still use.
