Set Up Telvis IPTV oniPhone, iPad and Apple TV

Install a compatible App Store player on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, then add your Telvis username, password and server address.

Keep your welcome message nearby and enter every detail exactly as supplied. If a step fails, stop and contact support rather than installing a second player on top of the first.

Getting ready

Before You Begin

You will normally need:

  • An active trial or subscription
  • Your username and password
  • The complete server address supplied with your account
  • A stable internet connection
  • Enough free storage to install or update the app
  • Permission to install apps on the device

Keep your account details private. Support may ask for your username or an error screenshot, but never post your password publicly.

Main setup

iPhone and iPad Setup

Recommended apps: iPlayTV AIO or IBO Player Pro.

  1. Open the Apple App Store.
  2. Search for iPlayTV AIO or IBO Player Pro and check the developer before installing.
  3. Open the player and select Add User or Add Playlist.
  4. Choose Xtream Codes API where available.
  5. Enter Telvis as the account or playlist name.
  6. Add the supplied username, password and server address.
  7. Save the profile and wait for the categories to appear.

If the app closes during the first load, reopen it, check for an update and load the live categories before the larger on-demand library.

Apple TV Setup

Recommended app: IBO Player Pro.

  1. Open the App Store on Apple TV.
  2. Search for IBO Player Pro and install the correct app.
  3. Open it and choose the Xtream Codes login option where available.
  4. Enter Telvis, your username, password and complete server address.
  5. Save the profile and wait for the categories and EPG to load.

Use the Apple TV keyboard on your iPhone where available to reduce typing mistakes. If the app displays a Device ID or Device Key, follow its official activation method or ask support for guidance.
