Install Telvis IPTV on Amazon Firestick or Fire TV with Downloader, the TELVIS code, and your login. Follow the steps, then test the 24-hour trial.
Keep your welcome message nearby and enter every detail exactly as supplied. If a step fails, stop and contact support rather than installing a second player on top of the first.
You will normally need:
Keep your account details private. Support may ask for your username or an error screenshot, but never post your password publicly.
From the Fire TV home screen, select Find or the search icon. Search for Downloader, choose the recognised orange Downloader application and install it.
Open the Fire TV settings and find the installation permission for Downloader. Allow it to install the supplied app. Menu names differ between Fire OS versions, so ask support if you cannot find the option.
Open Downloader and enter:
Downloader code: TELVIS
Check that the displayed download belongs to Telvis. Do not install files from unrelated search results or unverified messages.
Start the download, wait for it to finish and select Install. Once installation completes, open the app. You can delete the downloaded installation file afterwards to recover storage.
Enter the username, password and any server information from your welcome message. Credentials are case-sensitive. Avoid adding spaces before or after a field.
The first sign-in may take longer while live, movie, series and EPG data load. Keep the app open until the update finishes.
