Getting ready

Before You Begin

You will normally need:

  • An active trial or subscription
  • Your username and password
  • The complete server address supplied with your account
  • A stable internet connection
  • Enough free storage to install or update the app
  • Permission to install apps on the device

Keep your account details private. Support may ask for your username or an error screenshot, but never post your password publicly.

Follow the Android TV setup above. Install the dedicated app or a compatible player, then sign in with the supplied details.

Classic Chromecast

  1. Connect the Chromecast and phone or tablet to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open a supported mobile player that includes a Cast button.
  3. Start the required listing and select the Chromecast device.
  4. Keep the mobile app open while testing playback.

Casting support depends on the mobile player. Ask support to confirm the best option for your phone and Chromecast model.
